The 12-week project saw our team transform the existing Walgreens space to accommodate a modern Village Medical clinic. The new facility includes eight doctor's offices, a lab, and two modern restrooms. A standout feature is the large skylight-type light fixture in the lobby, designed to create a welcoming and bright atmosphere for patients.
Unique Challenges and Solutions
Maintaining full operations of the Walgreens store during the construction was a primary challenge. Our team worked in day and night shifts to ensure minimal disruption to store operations and customer experience. The integration required careful planning and coordination to seamlessly merge the medical clinic with the retail space, enhancing functionality and aesthetics.

Despite the complexity of integrating a healthcare facility within a retail environment, the project was completed on time and within budget.
