Each location was designed to meet Labcorp’s high standards, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for patients.

One of the primary challenges was maintaining full operations of the Walgreens stores throughout the construction period. Our team worked in day and night shifts to minimize disruptions, ensuring that customers could continue to shop and access pharmacy services without inconvenience. The integration required meticulous planning and coordination to fit the medical facilities within the retail spaces while maintaining a cohesive design.
Efficient Execution
Despite the complexities of integrating medical facilities into operational retail stores, the project was completed on time and within budget. The new Labcorp locations now provide the communities of Bethlehem, Chadds Ford, and Dallas with convenient access to comprehensive diagnostic services right in their neighborhood Walgreens.
