Unique Challenges and Solutions
During the demolition phase, we discovered extensive water damage above the ceiling, requiring significant remediation and new insulation. Despite this unexpected challenge, our team quickly adapted and coordinated the necessary repairs. Through efficient planning and execution, we were able to address the damage and still complete the project on schedule.

Next-Gen Features
The interior now features Dunkin's latest design elements, including the signature tap system for cold beverages, a front-facing bakery case, and dedicated mobile order pick-up areas.
