A Remodel Within a Gas Station: Unique Challenges and Clever Solutions
The Dunkin' in Goshen is located inside a bustling gas station, making this project especially unique. Not only were we tasked with revamping the entire interior and exterior, but we also upgraded the drive-thru to enhance customer convenience and store efficiency.
One key challenge? Keeping the Dunkin' operational for its loyal customers while we worked. Closing down wasn’t an option, so we had to get creative. We utilized the drive-thru for most of the remodel period, ensuring customers could still get their daily coffee fix. Any work on the drive-thru itself was carefully scheduled for the afternoons, after the morning rush, to avoid disrupting business. This allowed us to balance construction and customer service seamlessly—proving that great work doesn’t always mean shutting the doors.
