E Asher Construction is proud to announce the successful completion of a six-week interior and exterior fit-out for a new Dollar Tree store in Vineland, NJ. This project was unique as it involved transforming a long-vacant Rite Aid property into a vibrant retail space for Dollar Tree. This marks our first project for Dollar Tree, and we are excited about the partnership with many more jobs in the pipeline.

Our team meticulously renovated both the interior and exterior to meet Dollar Tree’s modern retail standards. The project included installing new fixtures, updating lighting systems, and creating an organized and efficient layout.

This fit-out required detailed planning to seamlessly integrate Dollar Tree's prototype design elements. Key design features such as wide aisles, strategic product displays, and improved lighting were implemented to enhance the customer experience.

Despite the extensive work required, our team completed the fit-out on time and within budget. The newly renovated Dollar Tree now offers the Vineland community a convenient and modern shopping destination, featuring well-organized aisles and updated exterior facades.
